MGC is executing a full-scale renewal of the Jubail seawater reverse osmosis (SWRO) facility to restore and modernize its 600,000 m³/day capacity.

The EPC scope covers end-to-end works—from seawater intake and marine works through pretreatment, RO trains and post-treatment, to network tie-in and effluent discharge—plus all civil, mechanical, electrical and auxiliary systems. By replacing aging assets with modern, reliable technology and completing comprehensive on-site installations, the project secures long-term operational performance, improves plant resilience, and ensures uninterrupted potable-water supply for Jubail’s industrial and municipal needs.
